




How to Invest:
Our portfolio is growing. There are tremendous opportunities available in the marketplace.
We are marketing and on the phone every day making deals with sellers and lenders.
We buy the basics in the Single Family Home space:
•Discounted Liens from Lenders
•Rental Properties (using the 3-4% debt in-place)
•Deeds of Trust
•Option Positions
•Remainder interests
•Shared equity
Our Targets: We invest for cashflow ranging in the 10-18% range, and total yields of 20% or more. Timeframes can be as little as 90 days for bridge financing, or 30 years for long-term, tax-free compounding growth.
To invest with us, you must book a call and identify your investment goals.
It is important to consider the following:
•Why am I investing? Am I investing for monthly cashflow to live on?
•What will I do with the distributions, will I re-invest them?
•Do I have a long-term retirement account that is compounding as I grow older?
•Do I want the cashflow at all, or would I rather have all of it stay in the deal and compound faster?
•Do I need the principal back within 1 year, or 5 years? What event would change my circumstances?
•Do I want the high yields and tax benefits of owning real estate or would I rather be a lender and make a more conservative return?
•Can I afford to lose half of the investment? Can I afford to lose all of it?
After the call, you will be provided access to our deal flow which come as email alerts. We purchase 2-3 assets per month. Your funds will be wired to Equity Title in Lakewood, Colorado and held there in escrow until you give the green light on a deal that is ready for purchase.
And just like that, you now own real estate or a loan with us. Your interest will be secured by a lien on the asset we purchase as well as a mirror lien on our existing portfolio, giving you an enormous amount of protection. You will receive updates from us monthly and are welcome to reach out anytime.
Finders Fees are available to those that refer us new financial partners and lenders, and are usually 2% of the capital amount.
